City of Newark Community Clean up

Single volunteers, groups, and families are encouraged to participate. All participants must register individually at www.newarkde.gov/play. Children ages 5 and up are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Volunteers ages 14 and over may volunteer independently.

Individuals and volunteer groups (of 15 or less) will be assigned a clean up location after registration, and can report directly to that location the day of the event. One member of the group will be responsible for picking up the group’s supplies at the Municipal Building before heading to the clean up location.

PRE-REGISTRATION is REQUIRED

Location: Newark Municipal Building, 220 South Main St, Newark DE

Date: Saturday, April 22, 2023

Time: 9 AM – 12 PM

Shifts Available: 9 AM – 12 PM

Parking: Meet at the Municipal Building to get your supplies and location assignment. We will advise you where to park at that time.
